Our tie on headwraps are completely adjustable-- double knot it for newborn stage and single knot it as the babe grows. Fits roughly 0-12+ months.  Our headwraps are made from our "double brushed" poly spandex blend. 
 
Wash instructions: wash in cold water on gnetle cysle. Dry on medium heat/gentle cycle or lay flat to dry. Do not wash with items thathave zippers, snaps, buttons etc to avoid damage to your Behold Baby items.
